We have an annual holiday tradition at the Fort Collins office called “Project Poinsettia.” On this day every year, we gather as staff, board and Habitat homeowners to deliver donated poinsettias to supporters around the community.?

Our mission is simple, to say “thank you.” No more, and no less, but we are often surprised by how magical those visits can be. Sometimes the stop lasts just a few minutes and Christmas wishes are exchanged. Sometimes we’re invited in for cocoa and cookies, and spend the evening listening to family stories and recaps of the past year.?

Regardless of who we visit, we are always humbled by the community that supports our mission and the people who make it possible–they are the greatest gift of all.?
