Donation Guidelines:

Please understand that we reserve the right to refuse any items that we deem unsafe or unsellable. The following information is meant to serve as a general guide. Acceptable items are subject to change due to current inventory and space limitations. It is recommended that donors call before bringing their items to donate.

Note: Starting September 1, 2025:

A $20 nonrefundable processing fee is required on all donations of large appliances. Many donated appliances work beautifully and are resold to the community. Some, however, are beyond repair. Recycling these responsibly costs money. This small fee helps cover testing, cleaning, minor repairs, and responsible recycling of non-working items.

A $20 nonrefundable donation pickup fee is required for all scheduled pickup donations to help cover truck fuel and maintenance.
