If you have volunteered with us before, or are interested in volunteering with us for the first time, we want to tell you about how you can start earning cool swag for your volunteer time! We are so excited to announce our new Volunteer Recognition Program!

Starting September 25, 2019?all Fort Collins Habitat for Humanity volunteers will be enrolled in our Volunteer Recognition Program. What is our Volunteer Recognition Program? It is a really cool way for us to say THANK YOU for all of the hard work and time that you give to our organization!

What follows is everything you need to know about how to get involved with Fort Collins Habitat for Humanity and how you can get started earning cool swag.

How to get swag:

Sign up and create an account on VolunteerHub, our online volunteer system! You can sign up for any volunteer shift whether it be a day on the construction site, a shift in the ReStore or helping out at a special event. When you come for your volunteer shift, you will sign in for your shift and your hours will be tracked. Keep coming back for more shifts to accumulate more hours!

When you get swag:

You will get started in the recognition program from your very first shift with Fort Collins Habitat for Humanity! As you continue to volunteer and accumulate hours, you will gradually reach each recognition level! Keep your eye out on VolunteerHub and in your email for announcements about our quarterly volunteer potlucks. Each quarter we will host a Volunteer Potluck where you can come, meet other volunteers, and be recognized for the new level you have made it to!

What is the swag:

Now, for the best part! The awesome gifts you get as you make it to each level!

On your first day, you’re invited to add your fingerprint to our volunteer board at the ReStore or sign a stud at the construction site.?

After 24 hours of service ? you will be eligible to receive a letter of recommendation.

After that, the fun really begins! Check out the link below to view our full swag sheet for the different volunteer levels.?

We are so grateful for our volunteers and all of the time and hard work that they give to our organization.
