Front Range Shed Presale

Fort Collins Habitat for Humanity is excited to partner with Front Range Community College for our annual Custom Shed program. This will be the seventh year that the students have designed and built a custom shed, with all proceeds benefiting Habitat.

This year, Front Range is hosting TWO sections of the Architecture and Design class, which means that we will have TWO custom sheds available for purchase. Our hope is to be able to pre-sell the sheds to interested buyers, who commit to paying a base price of $4,000, with the option to upgrade finishes, customize sizing, and more (for additional cost.) If we can pre-sell the sheds, the students will be able to deliver the completed shed and assemble it at your home free of charge. Interested buyers must commit to their purchase no later than Feburary 1st, so they can be involved with students throughout the design process.

This partnership allows customers to purchase a one-of-a-kind custom shed. Base rate pricing starts at $4,000 for a 64 sq. ft design. From there, committed buyers can customize their size, finish details, and more for an additional cost. All proceeds benefit Habitat’s mission, and we can deliver and set up your shed in May of 2023.

In order to get the timing right with the spring semester starting, interested buyers need to reach out to Jamie Hahn (Professor at Front Range and Habitat Staff Member) via email no later than Feburary 1, 2023. Jamie can discuss the class structure, base design, and custom rates. Please note–limitations on size exist to fit both City of Fort Collins and Larimer County standards.
